Substitute Support Staff

If you are interested in becoming a Support Staff Substitute for North Harrison Community Schools you will need to complete a background check, print and fill out the Support Staff Substitute information forms and return them to Central Office.  Support Staff Substitutes include subbing in the Cafeteria, as a Custodian, as an Instructional Assistant in the classroom, or as a Bus Assistant.

Substitute Teacher

If you would like to become a Substitute Teacher for North Harrison Community Schools you will need to complete a background check, apply for a Substitute Teacher License, print and fill out the Substitute Application Form and return them to Central Office.

Substitute Bus Driver

If you would like to become a Substitute Bus Driver for North Harrison Community Schools you will need to attend a pre-service class sponsored by the state Department of Education.  Once you completed it you will have to Obtain your CDL's Learning Permit, complete On Bus Driving/On Bus Observation hours, pass the Driving Skills Test, obtain your CDL, take a drug test, and complete a background check. All forms must be printed, filled out and returned to Central Office.
